Workspace
History, meeting details, and sharing
Revisit past meetings, read summaries and transcripts, and share read-only links when you need to collaborate outside Bearbits.
History
History lists your meetings so you can reopen them. Use it to jump back to decisions, wording, or follow-ups without re-reading chat logs elsewhere.
Meeting detail
Open a meeting to see its summary, notes, and transcript together. Copy text when you need to paste into email or a ticket.
Share links
You can create a share link for meeting notes so others can view the summary and notes in a read-only page. Anyone with the link can view what you shared—treat links like sensitive credentials.
Revoke a share when you no longer want people to access it. Do not post links in public channels unless you intend for the content to be public.
FAQ
Can I edit a meeting after it ends?
You can review and apply workspace updates from processing; editing the raw transcript depends on product features available in your meeting detail view.
