After the meeting: transcript processing and approvals
Turn transcripts into proposed updates to people, tasks, and projects—then review and approve before anything changes.
Review-first workflow
After a meeting, Bearbits can analyze the transcript and propose structured updates. Nothing applies automatically—you review and approve each change.
That keeps your workspace accurate without surprise edits from automation.
What gets proposed
Proposals may include updates to people, tasks, and project fields based on what was said. Each proposal includes context so you can judge whether it matches your intent.
Import text
Import lets you paste external notes and run the same extraction pipeline. Pick a project, then review proposals the same way as after a live meeting.
Advanced options in Settings
Under Settings, Advanced includes an optional transcript output cap for processing. The default works well for most meetings; adjust only if you work with unusually long transcripts and need different behavior.
When processing fails
If a run fails or returns no proposals, check that the transcript or pasted text has enough substance for the app to work with. Try again after a short wait if the service was temporarily busy.
FAQ
Will Bearbits delete or rename my records automatically?
No. You approve changes before they are applied.
Can I apply many proposals at once?
Use the review tools in the import or processing run view to approve in bulk where the product supports it, always after reviewing each batch.
