Simple search
Type a few characters to search across meetings, projects, people, and tasks. Results appear as you pause typing so the page stays responsive.
Meeting matches may include short excerpts from transcripts so you can see where a phrase appeared. This is a convenience preview, not a guarantee of every occurrence.
Ask AI
Ask AI answers natural-language questions using information from your workspace. Answers stream in as they are generated.
The assistant may rely on meeting summaries, open tasks, people records, and project context to produce an answer. Describe what you need clearly; if the answer is thin, try a narrower question or a different keyword first.
Privacy and scope
Search and Ask AI are scoped to your signed-in workspace. They are not a public internet search. Use them to reconnect decisions and tasks across your own history.
FAQ
Why do I get no search results?
Use at least two characters. If nothing matches, try a shorter term or check spelling.
Can Ask AI answer questions about meetings I have not recorded?
It can only use information that exists in your workspace. If something was never captured or recorded, it cannot be retrieved.
